After months of speculation by law enforcement experts, pundits and politicians the FBI will not recommend criminal charges against Hillary Clinton. I think deep down most Americans knew this would be the eventual outcome. Most that monitor the behaviors and actions of the political elites know the system is indeed rigged.

Republican nominee Donald Trump had this to say on Twitter:

I think he has a point. It would seem many in the political upper class are above the law.

Prison Planet’s Paul Joseph Watson summed up the above statement by FBI Director James Comey concisely. The only good to come out of any of this is that statement above will be used over and over by the Trump campaign.

Republican National Committee chief strategist Sean Spicer made some great points telling CNN,

“Secretary Clinton went into this position and set up this server clearly intending to avoid detection, clearly trying not to be transparent and clearly trying to set up a set of rules for her that were different than what everyone else has to follow,”

‘Any other employee that works at the State Department that did what she did would have their security clearance pulled and would be facing charges. This is absolutely ridiculous.’

After going over the statement by the FBI Director I have come to a few possible conclusions about the entire situation. Either Hillary Clinton was so devious she used her political influence to weasel her way out of being charged, the FBI found incriminating evidence but knows the US Attorney General will not pursue charges because the globalist elites want her to be president or she is extremely lax when it comes to America’s national security and is an idiot to not realize what she was doing by placing our nation’s secrets at risk of exposure to our enemies. Any of these scenarios are atrocious and do not bode well for America and our citizens.

It is a pathetic moment in America. I truly hope that this obvious exposure of the existence of political elites will make the scales fall from the eyes of my fellow citizens. However, from the reaction I have seen thus far, many simply do not care and are celebrating this unmistakable breaking of the law.

They are rubbing our face in it. They know they can get away with anything even with the internet, social media and a 24 hour news cycle. The glaring and open meeting between Bill Clinton and U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch that was only days before the conclusion by the FBI to not indict Clinton I believe is evidence the political elites believe the American people are idiots. Perhaps we are. People honestly think Bill Clinton and Lynch had a half an hour chat about their grandchildren. If we are that daft, we deserve the government we have I suppose.

I spoke with a former member of the US military that has handled a a lot if classified information. According to my source The Department of Defense and U.S. Department of State must use The Secret Internet Protocol Router Network or SIPRNet. She did not use that when transmitting classified information from her private server. Under the law Title 18 US 793 (specifically f) she has clearly violated this U.S code.

Its states under (f):

Whoever, being entrusted with or having lawful possession or control of any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, note, or information, relating to the national defense, (1) through gross negligence permits the same to be removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of his trust, or to be lost, stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, or (2) having knowledge that the same has been illegally removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of its trust, or lost, or stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, and fails to make prompt report of such loss, theft, abstraction, or destruction to his superior officer—
Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.

Also, you need a Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) in a PKI token according to DoD 8520.02 to access SiprNet in the first place and according to my source this wouldn’t work on a private server. They also said if they did what Hillary Clinton had done they’d be in jail.

She also seems to have violated this portion of the Federal Records Act Section 1236.22 of the 2009 National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) :

“Agencies that allow employees to send and receive official electronic mail messages using a system not operated by the agency must ensure that Federal records sent or received on such systems are preserved in the appropriate agency record keeping system.”

Now because she sent emails from a private server, which a PKI token cannot be used on because the government doesn’t control it, she couldn’t access SiprNet and there was no footprint left. If she deleted an email using SiprNet, there may be an archive of that email somewhere. Because she deleted emails from a private server we will never know.

I understand hundreds of articles have been written at length describing the exact laws she broke and how she broke them over the last several months. I just want to clarify how egregious her violations were, that she is above the law and if you or I violated any of these laws we’d be in jail.

Just as Hillary Clinton laughed about getting a known child molester off the hook as an attorney she now laughs in the face of the American people.

We are jokes to these people. We are seen a simple-minded and easy to manipulate. The violations by Hillary Clinton are glaring yet, through the greatest of all currencies, political influence, she has wormed her way out of an indictment.

After telling a joke the character Rorschach from The Watchmen had this to say:

Good joke. Everybody laugh. Roll on snare drum. Curtains.

Hopefully an encore will follow this appalling play put on by the powerful elites inside our government and that encore ends with the announcement that Donald Trump has won the presidency. He can indict Hillary Clinton without the FBI fearing for their jobs or even lives. We can destroy these globalists. We just need to keep working.

Former FBI Assistant Director James Kallstrom has this to say on Megyn Kelly tonight.
