The coroner’s report for Jeffrey Epstein has finally been released, and it shows that Epstein had broken bones in his neck following his death consistent with a strangulation – making the notion that he committed suicide in his jail cell seem even more unlikely than before.
Epstein’s hyoid bone was broken during his death, according to the coroner. The bone could have possibly been broken during the suicide, but these types of injuries are much more common when a victim is strangled. It is also consistent with reports that Epstein had shrieked in terror prior to his death, which would also be unlikely during a suicide.
It is hard to believe that Epstein committed suicide because the prison facility does not make it easy for their inmates to do so. A former inmate at the Metropolitan Corrections Center (MCC), the prison where Epstein was found dead on Saturday morning, confirmed this in a New York Post op/ed where he expressed extreme disbelief in the mainstream media reports.
There’s no way that man could have killed himself. I’ve done too much time in those units. It’s an impossibility.

Between the floor and the ceiling is like eight or nine feet. There’s no way for you to connect to anything.
You have sheets, but they’re paper level, not strong enough. He was 200 pounds — it would never happen.
When you’re on suicide watch, they put you in this white smock, a straight jacket. They know a person cannot be injurious to themselves.
The clothing they give you is a jump-in uniform. Everything is a dark brown color.
Could he have done it from the bed? No sir. There’s a steel frame, but you can’t move it. There’s no light fixture. There’s no bars.
They don’t give you enough in there that could successfully create an instrument of death. You want to write a letter, they give you rubber pens and maybe once a week a piece of paper.
Nothing hard or made of metal.
There’s up to 80 people there. They could put two in cell. It’s one or two, but I’ll never believe this guy had a cellmate. He was too blown up.
The autopsy was conducted by the office of New York City’s chief medical examiner Barbara Sampson. The cause of death is still considered “pending,” with the office issuing no official conclusion on whether Epstein committed suicide or was murdered.
“In all forensic investigations, all information must be synthesized to determine the cause and manner of death,” Sampson said to the Post. “Everything must be consistent; no single finding can be evaluated in a vacuum.”
Sampson’s office wants additional information before they make their final determination, including video evidence from the prison, how Epstein behaved prior to his death, a toxicology test to determine if Epstein was drugged, and testimony from prison guards and nearby inmates.
However, it is not likely that Sampson will be able to obtain that information, as the prison guards were likely sleeping on the job with one of them being an untrained substitute, Epstein’s cellmate was conveniently removed so he would be left alone, and reports indicated that a camera malfunction took place in the MCC.

It is unclear whether there is outside pressure on the coroner’s office to declare the report as a suicide, but the fake news narrative is crumbling quickly. Few, if any, actually believe that the child sex trafficker who knew secrets to bring down hundreds if not thousands of elites was not killed.
